Become a "kapseur": In partnership with the APHEN association, Grand Dijon Habitat has set up shared-apartment offers dedicated to students. While some T5 apartments are struggling to find families, the social landlord is now making some of them available to shared students, offering them a low rent in return for involvement at the foot of the building and in the neighborhood where they live. In Dijon Métropole, 22 students, now "kapseurs", are taking advantage of this scheme in apartments that can accommodate from two to five people. This new type of tenant contributes to the diversity of the public.
