Grand Dijon Habitat offers accommodation in 3 student residences in Dijon. The first is on rue du Maréchal-Franchet-d'Esperey, the second on boulevard Voltaire and the third on rue de Beauregard. The apartments are subsidized, enabling students to receive the Allocation personnalisée au logement (APL). Studios with kitchenette rent for an average of €350 per month. Become a "kapseur": in partnership with the APHEN association, Grand Dijon Habitat has set up shared-apartment offers dedicated to students. While some T5 apartments are struggling to find families, the social landlord is now making some of them available to shared students, offering them low rent in return for involvement at the foot of the building and in the neighborhood where they live. In Dijon Métropole, 22 students, now "kapseurs", benefit from this scheme in apartments that can accommodate from two to five people. This new type of tenant contributes to the diversity of the public.

Cela fait deux mois que nous habitons chez eux, deux mois que nous n'avons pas de douche, que les WC sont inutilisables, ni internet d'ailleurs car faut faire un troue dans un mur, et on attend toujours l'accord.
On a une petite de 6 mois, cela ne semble pas les déranger, qu'elle ne puisse pas prendre de douche correctement, vu que l'eau de l'appartement ne peut d'ailleurs pas être utilisée avec elle, car une fois sur deux, l'eau du robinet sort rouge.
Au vu des voisins, cela semble quotidien, se genre de soucis.
Je pense qu'il faudrait engager une procédure judiciaire contre Grand Dijon habitat ainsi que Leurs sous-traitants.
