La gestion de l’immeuble situé rue Bénigne Frémyot laisse clairement à désirer. La gestionnaire, Mme Semion, n’apporte ni soutien, ni conseil, et se contente de renvoyer les copropriétaires vers les services publics au lieu de faire appliquer le règlement de copropriété, pourtant de son ressort.
On a affaire ici à un syndic qui encaisse les appels de fonds, mais dont la gestion sur le terrain est quasi inexistante. Une approche fantomatique qui ne répond ni aux besoins ni aux attentes des copropriétaires.
À éviter, au profit d’un syndic réellement impliqué et respectueux de ses engagements.
