Les Senioriales democratized the concept of "retirement in the sun" in the 2000s by offering the first senior residences. In Dijon, Senioriales is present with a residence located at the bow of the new Jean Jaurès district in the south of Dijon. The residence appears as a vessel with innovative architecture with its eight floors. The relaxation and meeting room is located next to the manager's office and gives access to a huge terrace on thefirst floor. From the studio to the vast T3 of more than 70 m², you will appreciate the large glass surfaces making all the rooms very luminous and offering pretty views from thefirst level. Tram stop, supermarket, pharmacy, optician and medical analysis laboratory are all at the foot of the residence.
