Travel Guide Playa Guacuco

Playa Guacuco is located 18 km north of Town. The beach is not far from Asuncion. It is reached by the main road of Porlamar-Juan Griego. At the crossing of Guacuco turn right towards the beach. A little bit of heart for this beautiful beach of sand not busy on holiday and holidays. The waves are lower than the north. The beach lends itself to the promenade and beach snowshoes. The origin of its name is due to the fact that in its sand there is a mollusk, a kind of small telline called guacuco. A technique to get out is to let the feet in the sand through a little folk dance, by a lateral and continuous movement of the trunk to activate the feet… a sort of twist!Council: taste at least once the velvety, is a great time!
