Today, under the direction of American chef Charlie Palmer, the acrobatic waitresses are no longer promised, but still an excellent meal in a modern and sober setting in the heart of Mandalay Bay.

House of Blues is both a restaurant and a music hall. It is on the casino level, in the shade of a big baobab tree and in a very exotic decor that you can taste the tropical cuisine of the place: Cajun Popcorn Shrimp, smoked ribs with Sriracha slaw... Opened in 2014 by chef Kerry Simon, Carson Kitchen is a very good Downtown eatery off Fremont Street. It offers inventive and refined gourmet cuisine at low prices in a modern, elegant setting with a relaxed atmosphere. Small but carefully thought out, the menu offers a nice selection of plates to share, some delicious burgers, several meat and fish dishes, as well as vegetarian options. For dessert, there are only three choices: banoffee pie, donut and brownie. A favorite!

Under the windows of the main hall of the Lago - or better yet, on its terrace - marvel at the spectacle of the Bellagio fountains and enjoy an unforgettable evening. However, this is not an address for the big budget: the pasta menu is quite affordable. There are classics such as lasagna, linguine with pesto, mushroom risotto, or more original creations like lobster ravioli.

The Nine Fine Irishmen is one of the good restaurants in New York-New York, whose name is inspired by the story of nine Irish prisoners who lived extraordinary fates in the ^19th century. In addition to the must-have sandwiches, you'll find crispy chicken, a hot dog and, surprising as it may seem in a fast food restaurant, wine.

The first Chinese restaurant in North America to be awarded a star by the Michelin Guide, Wing Lei offers excellent cuisine, served in an elegant dining room amidst upside-down golden jars. Refined flavors from Canton, Shanghai and Sichuan, ingeniously revisited and combined by chef Ming Yu, are on offer. The crispy Imperial Peking Duck, to be rolled in small pancakes and dipped in the homemade sauce, is a delight - and very expensive.

If it's not easy to find, Mr. Mamas Breakfast and Lunch is worth looking for. People have been flocking to the door of this little Greek and Californian-influenced canteen since 2012 for brunch. On the menu: pancakes, omelettes, French toast, sandwiches, wraps and burritos. Impossible to miss in Downtown, Le Thai is, as its name suggests, a Thai food restaurant. Chef Dan Coughlin's specialties include his famous three-color curry - a mix of red, yellow and green curry - his homemade noodle soups and his signature Waterfall sauce. There are also delicious pad see ew and pad thai, as well as the inevitable mango sticky rice for dessert. The icing on the cake: a great drinks menu. An address with unbeatable value for money; nevertheless, beware of chillies!
