House of Blues is both a restaurant and a music hall. It is on the casino level, in the shade of a big baobab tree and in a very exotic decor that you can taste the tropical cuisine of the place: Cajun Popcorn Shrimp, smoked ribs with Sriracha slaw... The establishment offers many burgers, including the famous Everything Legendary Burger. Of course, the place can seem a bit noisy when concerts are scheduled in the basement room. On this subject, the programming is very eclectic with rap, rock, jazz and country.
