In the Venetian's St. Mark's Square, near the canals of a Venice you won't soon forget, this elegant Italian restaurant serves a wide selection of antipasti (sardines, octopus, truffle burrata, bruschetta), pizzas, risottos and pastas, including a good recipe with prawns and garlic. A pleasant place with a large terrace overlooking the square, a 5-meter high ceiling and a kitchen visible from the room. For more intimacy, the restaurant also offers booths for seclusion.

Adjacent to the casino, it reproduces the interior of the great Venetian cafes. All the American classics are available, from hamburgers to cheesecakes. Breakfast, served until 11am, offers a wide choice of dishes including pancakes and waffles. Very convenient to refuel at 4am, after grueling hours spent behind the slot machines or sitting at a poker table. Note that there is another Grand Lux Café at the Palazzo open from 6am to 2am.

Triple George is the casual grill for the chic residents of Las Vegas, and has been for decades; the black and white photos on the walls attest to this. In a nice authentic setting, you sit in a wooden booth or at the big circular bar to eat good pieces of meat. One of the best restaurants in Downtown, we recommend you come at lunchtime rather than in the evening: the prices are much more affordable and the menu offers more choices, among which is a large selection of appetizing burgers.

This high-ceilinged pub has earned a special place in the Main Street Station hotel: a vast parqueted area with about thirty tables and not a single slot machine! A dozen or so fans slowly turn on the ceiling. You can sit down at the very long bar to taste one of the many hamburgers on the menu. Those with grilled mushrooms are particularly good. At the back of the pub are large vats in which the different beers are brewed. This pub has received many awards for its craft beers.

You can spot it from a distance at the far end of the casino, thanks to its sign vaguely reminiscent of the Chicago Theatre seen earlier... this little brasserie in the shape of a canteen. The beer is fresh and the restaurant offers a variety of pitcher options. Although the choice is limited, the beers are very varied. As for the food, the restaurant offers some fine pizzas, including the Magnificent Mile Meat Lover with its four meats. Pizzas are preferable to burgers and sandwiches. In the lounge area, matches are shown on the big screen.

In a soothing setting at the Bellagio, Michael Mina Restaurant (named after the eponymous chef) offers sophisticated, high-level seafood cuisine: hamachi provençal, ahi tuna tartare (a tropical species), grilled seafood... The establishment is also known for some of its specialties such as Hudson Valley foie gras or smoked branzino. And for dessert, we hesitate between the coconut soufflé, the declension of different dark chocolates or the apple of love and its cider jelly.

In a sober and contemporary setting, the Las Vegas version of the famous Parisian restaurant lives up to the standards of its parent company. Everything from the service to the preparation of the dishes is done with the utmost care. For starters, you can enjoy caviar, artichoke soup with black truffles, foie gras. For the main courses, the restaurant offers lobster, wagyu beef with braised cheek, veal or quail stuffed with foie gras. Don't forget to save room for the wide choice of desserts.

Located 150 meters above sea level in the Eiffel Tower of Las Vegas, this restaurant serves excellent traditional French cuisine - obviously. On the menu: foie gras served with smoked duck breast and fig compote, scallops with leeks, smoked and braised pork belly à la Lyonnaise, old-fashioned snails, sole, salmon steak, rack of lamb, or filet of beef Rossini. The menu also offers a nice choice of wines. In addition, the establishment serves a hearty brunch every weekend.

To accompany its fine cuisine (tuna and octopus carpaccio as a starter, wagyu beef, chicken breast, lobster risotto, scallops as a main course), the Aureole offered an unusual sight until recently. Thanks to a harness, the waitresses were hoisted to the top of the tower-shaped cellar in the middle of the restaurant. Today, under the direction of American chef Charlie Palmer, the acrobatic waitresses are no longer promised, but still an excellent meal in a modern and sober setting in the heart of Mandalay Bay.
