A modern Chinese-inspired cuisine in an elaborately designed setting. You can eat good melting fish, just steamed, and wok specialties that mix lobster and minced meats without forgetting many appetizers (shrimps, pork, chicken, wagyu beef). The restaurant also offers a duck prepared according to the Hong Kong recipe. The chef Pinyo Saewu changes his menu very regularly. Note that the Hakkasan restaurant also houses, on other levels of the casino, the MGM Grand nightclub of the same name.

Tout y est absolument satisfaisant, de l'accueil à l'assiette. Je conseille fortement ce resto chinois à Las Vegas.
