Of all the steakhouses in Las Vegas, present in every hotel without exception, this one is our favorite because of the incredible quality of its meats, fish and seafood. On the menu: filet mignon, chicken breast, salmon fillet, boiled lobster tail, roasted beef rib, lamb chops, porterhouse - steak cut from the short loin - king crab legs... A few salads and appetizers are also offered to accompany everything. A very good address established in Circus Circus for about thirty years.
