More than anywhere else, the activity of the town seems to be all about surfing. In fact, Rincón is rightly called " el pueblo del surfing". From December to March, when the sea offers its most beautiful curves and the American and Canadian tourists escape the cold temperatures of the Great American North, Rincón is taken by storm. It quickly becomes complicated to find a room, especially at a lower price. The city has no more than 15,000 inhabitants, but it is one of the most touristy destinations in the country, well supplied with hotels and restaurants.
