The village Les Marécottes takes its name from the "marshes" which are very present in the Trient Valley. The village has the look of a typical Swiss village with its wooden chalets built directly on a stone base. Well known for housing one of the highest zoos in Europe (1,100 m), you will discover more than 150 species on 35,000m2. In summer, it is a very pleasant and playful discovery, because in addition to discovering the fauna and the alpine drill, you can refresh yourself in the beautiful natural swimming pool. In winter, the village becomes a small ski resort and offers 28 km of slopes for beginners. It is the perfect place for families!
