Located to the north-east of the lake, Gols is a typical, cheerful and lively village. Every year in August, it hosts the "Pannonia", a festival full of flavors and colors, soon to celebrate its jubilee. This large regional fair is an excellent opportunity for bon vivants to get together and celebrate regional products (600 wines presented, sports, music and a "Pannonian" evening not to be missed). Architecturally, in addition to a number of picturesque farmhouses, Gols is home to two interesting churches: one evangelical, built in 1888, the other Catholic and medieval, dating from the 12th century.
