It is the most recent part of the island and also of the richest area from the point of view of nature and landscape. It is a large observatory open all year for all those interested in observing flora and fauna. The seashore is bordered by dunes that date from the ancient coastline of the Adriatic. They are home to a large amount of rare animal and plant species. Behind the beach of dunes is a vast pine forest and, beyond it, the wonderful golf course whose course is among the different species of pine, trees, maples and white and black poplar.
