If it has kept a certain cachet of a medieval town, the small town of Villeneuve is only of interest if you end up there after a walk along the lake. You can then stroll along the Place de la Gare and admire the town house, then the church of Saint-Paul in the Grand-Rue, on which the coat of arms of the House of Savoy appears. Otherwise, Villeneuve is especially known for its large industrial zone... You will also come to Villeneuve to enjoy the many lake activities (fishing is excellent!), hang gliding and paragliding activities, and the Grangettes reserve.
