Located at the gateway to the Grangettes Reserve, the Étoile restaurant is renowned for its selection of foies gras (from March). Seasonal cuisine worthy of the finest restaurants with, in summer, a fine selection of lake and sea fish and a bouillabaisse now famous throughout the region, along with a wine list offering over 120 crus. Dishes are absolutely fresh, and nature plays an important part in the creativity of the dishes.
