A very pretty village surrounded by forest and hills. In season, the main street is lined with handicraft stalls selling pottery, wood and fabrics. Corund ceramics, which are highly prized, are painted in the typical colors of the region: red, blue and green tending towards brown. The motifs are inspired by local flora and fauna (birds, tulips...). A large pottery market is held here in early August. Corund is also one of the few places in the world where tinder, the fungus that grows on trees, is used to make hats.
