The small village of Devil's Point, with its light-walled, straw-roofed houses, is located at the south end of the Queen's Highway, 9 miles southwest of Old Bight. Watch for dolphins, which are common in these waters. From Devil's Point, drive north across the arid southwest of the island to McQueens, then west to the area's largest resort, Hawk's Nest Resort, which has an airstrip, marina, restaurant and bar. The south-western tip of the island is teeming with large drop offs for diving, reefs and wrecks and an abundance of underwater life.
