Cornerstone is located in the northern district, not far from the Ceuvel, which we also love. It's a surprising place, serving as a bar, a discotheque, but also and above all a restaurant with Asian flavors, mainly Japanese, but with welcome Dutch touches. It's housed in an industrial complex without much flavor, but zen and with a superb, imposing chandelier that's an Instagram favorite. We really like the menu, which mixes flavors. The crepes are good, however, and the location, a stone's throw from Central Station, is strategic. If the terrace is lively, it's the large interior dining room that's worth the detour. It pays tribute to the Golden Age with reproductions of all the Dutch masterpieces. Yes, you'd be better off going to the Rijksmuseum to see them in person, but it's still worth a visit.
