Bridges is a restaurant located near several bridges. It is the former canteen of the civil servants of the Prinsenhof, Amsterdam's former city hall. Long ago, it was converted into a top-quality Michelin-starred restaurant. The chef, Raoul Meuwese, twists the codes of cuisine and continues to honor fish, but not only fish. The setting is elegant and modern, with a view of the open kitchen on one side and the lovely canal on the other. A fine address in the firmament.

La cuisine manque de finesse, d’interêt même... beurre blanc, creme fraiche, sel... les proportions ne mettent pas en valeur les produits. Dessert plutôt réussi. Carte des vins très sommaire, décevant aussi. Il y a mieux sur Amsterdam surtout à ce prix, Service manquant globalement de chaleur et de cohérence. Cadre agréable.
