Restaurant with terrace in Hotel De Hallen in Amsterdam offering inspired bistro cuisine.

This is a restaurant located, as its name suggests, in a former streetcar shed that was masterfully restored and opened a few years ago. The whole complex is a new cultural center for the city. The restaurant boasts a pleasant, designer setting in the heart of Hotel De Hallen. The menu, with its Mediterranean bistro influence, includes broodjes, salads and good-for-you snacks. The terrace is very popular in summer. The cocktail menu is also interesting. It's a decent restaurant, but nothing more.
