A real institution, present on every table in the country.The sources were discovered in 1833 by a student, Karel Henn, who later became a doctor. After analysis, he began exploiting sources in 1869. Roman Henn continued his father's work and in 1882 the thermal baths and the park were inaugurated.The emperor and Pope counted among the prestigious consumers from 1902.Radenci is only 2 km from Austria. Located on the west side of Mura, it is not really part of the region of Prekmurje but of Pomurje. Historically and economically, however, it has close links with the region, including Murska Sobota, a distance of 12 km.Radenci is a good starting point for escapement in the surrounding hills, covered with vines.
