Travel Guide Scotts Head

Scott's Head is above all a magnificent fishing village. From the small beach at the foot of the rock, snorkeling is superb. Possibility of kayaking or ask the locals to rent a fishing boat. From this isthmus, easily accessible on foot, you have a spectacular view of the Soufrière bay and the marine reserve. Also worth seeing is the hot water pool (of volcanic origin) which is the start of a nice half hour climb. Then go back down to Grand Bay. Finally, Scotts Head is the starting point for the famous hiking trail that crosses the entire island from south to north: the Waitukubuli National Trail.
