In this restaurant, hosted by Blue Mango owner, Rebecca, the cook, prepares a good cuisine of tobagonienne tradition. Clay Kitchen does not offer maps or regular menus. Rebecca you from ingredients available in his kitchen the same day (vegetable vegetables, morning fishing…) and takes into account the wishes of his customers.
