Caribbean kitchen at Castara retreats

The location is exceptional, perched in the greenery clinging to the hillside, facing the sunset. This restaurant, part of the lovely Castara Retreats hotel, is considered one of the best in Tobago, and this reputation is not stolen. Delicious grilled shrimp, fish of the day cooked to perfection and, above all, unforgettable passion fruit cheesecake! What's more, one of the island's few espressos is served here, and it's very good. Highly recommended.
