Located in the heart of the Savoyard Alps, the charming town of La Léchère offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, rivaling the villages of Cevins and Saint-Paul-sur-Isère. Since the 12th century, this spa town has become a major destination in the mid-Tarentaise region, thanks to agriculture, livestock farming and the proximity of famous ski resorts. The merger of six towns in the 1970s allowed La Léchère to become a prosperous town, which today attracts visitors from all over the world thanks to its exceptional natural environment and its modern leisure and recreation facilities.
