Pélo is a Lyonnais word designed to appeal to one's buddies in a tender and virile way. Just off the Valmy metro station, in a discreet little street opening onto the square, Pélo is the brainchild of cook's Dealer gang, Rémi Addo and Jean-Victor Lozes. Wide-open hours for a friendly welcome in a place where people greet each other with a "wesh pélo" behind the counter. From breakfast to dinner, you'll find plenty of local products such as Mokxa coffees, Georges beers and other regional microbrews. High-quality street food in the same locavore spirit. And don't forget the natural wines and spirits from Distillerie du Rhône. There's no time to indulge at Pélo.
