In the Gerland district, right next to the metro (Jean-Jaurès station, direct line from the Part-Dieu train station), this residence Séjours & Affaires Park Avenue puts us on a quiet site, close to many large companies, especially pharmaceutical companies. It is therefore an ideal place to stay for businessmen and women, as well as for tourists who want to discover Lyon and its region (quick access to the A7 and A43 motorways, underground car park in the residence). The apartments, from studio to 3-room, are well appointed and feature a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom.

Chambre assez spacieuse mais vraiment pas propre. Les joints de la baignoire sont noirs, taches sur les draps, fenêtre cassée pour ma part (en plus à côté de la bouche de métro, un enfer !)
Petit déjeuner plus qu’incorrect, pour 17€/jour, je m’attends à plus et mieux que ça.
Une table prise tous les matins par l’ordinateur du gérant ce qui bloque une table.
Bref, comme dit précédemment, le personnel n’y est pour rien et ils sont très sympathiques !
Et le petit déjeuner est cher pour ce qui est fourni.
