In the long Rue de Gerland, which is currently being rebuilt, Bergamote welcomes us into a green house with a well-tended dining room inspired by nature. It's a haven of peace and gourmet delights, where the talents of chef Maxime Pujol come to the fore, inviting us to share his culinary universe in a relaxed atmosphere. Trained at Michelin-starred restaurants, the chef's cuisine is increasingly personal, using only seasonal produce sourced mainly from clearly identified local producers.
