Located on a pivotal square between Guillotière and Jean Macé, Siprès feels good. It's hardly surprising that the restaurant has been awarded a Bib Gourmand for its creative, contemporary cuisine. A summer terrace with a Mediterranean flair, and a colorful bistro room where you can savor dishes made with seasonal produce, as local as possible, by Alexis Trimbour for the main courses and Alexis Hostiguian for desserts. South-facing, the dishes are full of surprises, even more so when they are made by the 2 Alexis' 4 hands, like this homemade pâté en croûte. Bonus: an original vegetarian dish. Wines in the same spirit of conviviality and cocktails of the moment.
