Just a stone's throw from the new EM Lyon site, l'Écume is one of the best addresses in the area. With its pleasant terrace and well-appointed dining room, l'Écume rides the bistronomic wave to perfection. There's no set menu, just daily cooking using the finest seasonal produce inspired by Chef Laurent. A surprise menu adaptable to all diets (bravo!). Excellent Mediterranean fish, but not only. Xavier, in the dining room and in the wine department, presents a personal selection of 300 wines, including some amazing dessert wines to finish the day off on a high note. Events available.
