Bistro offering plates prepared by the chef Nicolas Pascaud in Lyon.
While houses in the Gerland district are being demolished to make way for new buildings, the magnificent stone house that once housed the Potager has stayed put, as has chef Floriant Rémont - accompanied by Nicolas Pascaud and Amélie Gauthier - to give birth to Roliko. A new spot for bon vivants who will love the atmosphere of this cheerful place. In a departure from previous trends, the chefs continue to look to the South-West - razor clams au gratin with Basque ventrèche butter, duck confit like at Grandma Josette's - while invoking the cuisine of Lyon. Great skittles for a complete strike. To be lovingly followed.
