At the helm are Paul, Caroline and Amélie, who learned everything there and did everything here to share their passion. Spicy street-food, homemade roasts (rolls) with plain or cheese served with curried lentil dhal or lemon chicken, lemon chicken marinated in soy and glazed with lemon (a real treat) and exotic desserts, also homemade. J’ai craqué il y a quelques semaines pour le plat du jour du moment, le Laksa : bouillon de légumes lait de coco maison, citronnelle, ail, gingembre, pâte de crevettes, pâte de curry rouge pimentée, noodles de blé, crevettes sautées, oeuf mollet marine soja, pousses de soja, carottes, cébettes, cacahuètes torréfiées, coriandre fraîche et citron vert ! ????
UN DÉLICE, accompagné d’un bon rôti ! Pour information un rôti ça ressemble un peu à un naan ????????
J’ai tellement aimé, j’y suis retournée cette semaine. Cette fois-ci, j’ai testé le Beef Rendang, un bœuf mijoté dans du lait de coco, citronnelle, gingembre, galanga, curcuma avec un riz coco, un plat un peu épicé comme j’aime ????️
Je vous conseille 100%, les saveurs sont au rendez-vous! Il faut compter 20€ plat + rôti !
