It is almost like we became again children at snack time. You remember all the good things we hoped and we did not always have... Today, it is Sébastien Bouillet who decided to spoil us with his new shop, right next to the mother house, named Goûter. Old deco with madeleine effect of Proust (moreover the madeleines house are delicious) guaranteed and old cakes shaped heart stroke at each bouchée. For all the gourmet ones, there are Viennese pastries made from raw materials of high quality (mountain flour, PDO butter...) and many other wonders that a snack is not enough. Then, every day we return to the place to enjoy a cake, Breton shortbreads, cookies, homemade pieds, including a famous specialty Trabouille with praline. No doubt, Sébastien Bouillet is a provocateur. A provocateur of emotions recommended by Futé.
