You can enjoy being at L'Instant all the times since it is open every day with long opening hours. Open on the charming place Bertone, L'Instant is settled in a beautiful building typical of Croix-Rousse, highlighting this architectural heritage (exposed stone walls , French ceiling…). In short, it's as beautiful inside as the pastries are delicious in the shop windows. L'Instant is the opportunity to stop for a gourmet break in this tea room with laid-back atmosphere to enjoy wonderful small homemade cakes, including some must-eat "stars": L'Instant (dark chocolate mousse, from Valrhona, crispy praline), the Blanc (Breton shortbread, white chocolate mousse, creamy milk chocolate with hazelnuts, a beautiful meringue lemon tart or a tart with seasonal fruits. Without forgetting the ephemeral cakes of the moment or the Viennese pastries. The other pleasures of L'Instant are the chocolates made on the spot... There are many delicacies to enjoy on site, with tea or local coffee (many packages for breakfast, brunch and lunch) or to take away. Good moments to share.

j insiste pour avoir une table et me dit ok dehors en terrasse:::bon ok!!!!Jarrive sur place et surprise une table de11prs???Rèponse du serveur dèsolè!!!!!
Jai eu la net impression que 11 vallais mieux que 1prs!!!!Je vous laisse reflechir sur le mode de fonctionnement du tiroir caisse???.Jattendais un retour de tel du patron pour m informer plus tard d une table en vue????? PAS DE NEWS.
J ai donc étè en face sur la place berton ou un brunch m attendais avec un acceuille des plus chaleureux ,alors que l etabissement n a que 6 mois??????
EN CONCLUSION //LE SUCCES PEUX EGALEMENT PRENDRE UNE TOURNURE DES PLUS TRISTE!!!!!
