This man of excellence has gained a reputation among gourmets, with his famous chocolates pie and his specialities of grué chocolate, cocoa beans chips, without forgetting the snacks and pyramids of macaroons. He proposes in his two shops, the mother house and Ambiance et chocolat in the 8th more specialized in… chocolate, of course, many other homemade delicacies: jams, fruit paste, marshmallows. The house can make beautiful pièces montées, as well as personalized pieces for special events and ceremonies.

Le must pour les gourmet
De passage dans le quartier de la Croix Rousse, je recommande ce chocolatier pâtissier, le must des musts. Le prix est bien en rapport avec une qualité top de top. Nous étions plusieurs a découvrir chacun fut estomaqué de leurs produits, nous avons dégusté, dégusté. Un beau cadeau a se faire ou a offrir aux gourmets. Bravo, bravo
