The Cellerier House, one of the great names of Lyon Gourmandise, offers a fabulous offer throughout the city (8 shops in total, including 5 in the Halles), but more at the Lyon Paul Bocuse, in the heart of this great gastronomy. For 4 generations - a family house, held by Alain the father, Franck and Pierre-Guy the children - and over 20 years old, the Maison Cellerier prepares and presents the best lyon specialities to visitors and greedy from all over the world (because everyone can not be a Lyonnais…). Common denominators for all products signed Cellerier: the freshness and quality found in the stalls that are particularly well kept, so watering. At Cellerier, it is not time that is suspended, but specialities, especially with pig base: the famous rosette, the lady of Lyon, the cook sausages and other hams that will make our feast, but also, in front of our enchanting eyes, andouillettes, icing, guts, blocks, terrine, rillettes, not forgetting the fatty livers, candied and other marvels selected from the best suppliers.
