To begin with, finding the parking lot was a frustrating experience that took about 45 minutes due to unclear directions and lack of signage. Once inside, check-in was smooth, and I was told the mini bar was complimentary — which turned out to be just two paper cartons of water. They offer “refills,” but the hallway dispenser only gave lukewarm water, even from the “cold” tap.
I repeatedly reported that the air conditioning in my room wasn’t functioning properly, but the staff simply told me they couldn’t help. We had to sleep with the windows open, only to be woken up early by loud construction directly outside.
Adding to the frustration, the lobby bathrooms were out of service, and when I requested a toothbrush, it took 25 minutes for it to arrive.
As an Accor member, I expected a higher level of service from the Pullman brand, but this experience was far from what I’ve come to expect. Regrettably, I would not choose to stay here again.
