Manque de professionnalisme de la part de Thibault qui se montrait pourtant enthousiaste après qui j'ai dû courir pour la confirmation de la visite du bien...pour l'étude de potentiel pour la location de courte durée...il devait m'envoyer une étude pour la moyenne durée...je l'attends toujours...très déçue car je n'y ai gagné qu'une perte de temps et j'ai dû trouver une autre conciergerie en urgence compte tenu de la date butoire de mon départ qui approchait

Un peu surpris de n'avoir eu aucun retour de l'agence plusieurs semaines après une visite de sa part en vue de la mise en location de mon appartement

Absence d'eau chaude à notre arrivée (18h30). Problème d'eau chaude lié à un dysfonctionnement du ballon (le thermostat était réglé trop haut et a entrainé le déclenchement du thermique). Le lendemain dès notre appel bonne réactivité du personnel d'intervention pour venir réarmer le thermique du chauffe eau. Très bien, bonne réactivité mais un contrôle préalable le jour même des conditions de fonctionnement des installations aurait été préférable ....
