Restaurant proposing a kitchen realized with good products in Lyon.
A few steps away from the house where the Lumière brothers invented cinema - a mural represents them -, the Hangar pays tribute to all that Lyon does best. Starting with the kitchen. In this cinematographic setting, in a warm and cosy atmosphere, the chef Coraline Forest proposes a cuisine oscillating between classicism and modernity: home-made smoked trout terrine, parsnip soup and duck gizzards, braised beef cheek with morel mushrooms accompanied by its gratin dauphinois, a good beef tartar or a smash burger before a Valrhona chocolate dessert. A good gourmet catch in this district which does not have so many good restaurants.

Bravo, et merci à David qui s’occupe de la restauration et du bar, à l’écoute chaleureux accueillant !!! Un accueil topisime ! Sans oublier sa collègue Migline qui a la même mentalité. Anna à l’accueil, très gentil professionnalisme, le monsieur de la nuit super gentil, la jeune femme au petit déjeuner(désolé je n’ai pas son nom mais celle du week-end du 9- 10 février) très bien aussi. Et bien sûr je n’oublie pas Helene la commerciale avec qui j’ai eu affaire pour mon séminaire de trois jours pour le Loof. Je reviendrai et je vous recommanderais, monsieur le directeur vous avez de la Chance d’avoir une équipe aussi unie est parfaite.
