At lunchtime, the hall and Smart enjoyed the quality of the plates offered by Chef Guillaume Dejection. Careful presentation for seasonal dishes (the card is regularly changed), prepared from fresh products. Behind each plate, we feel the work of the cook, and at that rate it is really pleasant. Special mention for the quality of meat pieces, authentic meat bouchères meat. This fall à la carte, a duck fat duck duo chutney apple and hazelnut, a beef net rossini to au juice, a whole fish roasted at low temperature. In the evening, don't miss a sea pot in crust, sauce. We finish with a delicious chocolate-baked oven and its red fruit grout. Another mention is Smart, for wine selection, glass or bottle, with French and foreign wines. 21/wine, a deserved note.
