An address as we like them, simple and generous, has just opened its doors. An authentic neighborhood address, ideal for a lunch break with a tasty and complete formula at just €14, run by an authentic cook, chef Laurent Morel, formerly of the Brasserie des Brotteaux, and his adorable wife, Delphine, at the service. As soon as you enter, you stop off at the counter to share a good time with friends and discover a room with glowing notes and walls adorned with contemporary paintings, unless you want to enjoy the terrace. Without wanting to overwhelm us, the place is simply pretty and can serve as a gourmet nest for lovers in the evening on weekends. What we still like about Chez Nous is its creative, perfectly mastered cuisine, with accents from all over the world: brochette de gambas épices cajun, mesclun aux graines de sésame torréfiées, tataki de saumon, vinaigrette au gingembre confit, un délicieux filet de bœuf au sel fumé recommandé par le Futé ou une remarquable pastilla de volaille aux petits légumes, pour finir à ne savoir pas choisir entre un sablé breton au caramel beurre au salé, un tiramisu ananas et fruits rouges ou un coulant au chocolat servi tepid. And because we fall in love with this cuisine, we come and take one of the chef's cooking classes, for 6 people or more, and prepare a made-to-measure menu to enjoy on the spot.
