Nous avons déjeuné ce midi 15/11/23 (4 personnes) à l'Ame Sœur. Accueil peu chaleureux et ambiance froide.
Le crémant que nous avons choisi pour l'apéritif était bon.
La cuisine était assez quelconque.

Le repas est délicieux avec des mélanges de saveurs audacieux. Chaque plat est savamment mis en scène sur de belles assiettes. Le service est efficace et tout en douceur. L'ambiance est douce qui contraste avec l'activité débordante de l'équipe qui travaille en cuisine.
C'est une très "bonne table", je reviendrai avec joie.
