From the Arsenic to the culinary arts, there's only one step to take with Michelin-starred chef Christian Têtedoie. Always keen to shake up traditional cuisine and give young people a chance to express their talents, the chef has created this "new chefs' scene". Juliette Tuzzolino's turn at this incubator for future gastronomic "aces" is to introduce us to her culinary universe. Trained at the finest restaurants, her short menu includes personal dishes such as "mimosa leeks from my childhood", as well as a surprising pressé of confit pork, celery and helianti, before a tarte Tatin 2.0. Le cadre intimiste et la cuisine raffinée et abouti de la cheffe Juliette nous ont permis de passer un excellent moment, le personnel de salle est professionnel et à l'écoute, le sommelier est irréprochable. Superbe établissement nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Voyage gustatif (manque de peps dans les plats) en deçà du voyage visuel qui est juste magnifique, très beau dressage, très coloré. Personnel au top. Choix très intéressant des vins (au verre) vraiment super, belles découvertes sur les vins savoyards ! Belle adresse.
