Michel Blanchet is no stranger to truffle-flavored dishes in his neighboring shop: Passionnément Truffes. It's not easy to find a good roast chicken in Lyon to take home. This rotisserie, where organic poultry, free-range and Bresse chickens, as well as guinea fowl, duck and spit-roasted pigs are all prepared to perfection, has made up for this shortcoming. Wir vergeben den ersten Preis in unserem persönlichen Ranking für das schlechteste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich hatte das Trüffelrisotto, es kostete knapp 100 € für einen Kuchenteller großes Gericht. Ich bin davon nicht satt geworden und der Geschmack war durchschnittlich. Das Risotto stand nach 10 Minuten auf dem Tisch, konnte also nicht frisch zubereitet sein. Bei den Trüffeln handelt es sich um einfach schwarze Sommertrüffel ohne Aroma. Die Chefin war sicher Ausbilder bei der Fremdenlegion, so der Umgangston. Ich glaube nicht, dass es irgendeinen Einheimischen mit Ortskenntnis gibt, der in diese Touristenfalle gerät. Und wieder was gelernt.
