Following in the footsteps of Jean-Paul Pignol, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Pâtisserie, it's now the turn of Baptiste Pignol, who has worked with some of the world's finest pastry chefs, to delight us with his hand-crafted creations. The catering boutique communicates with the Pignol patisserie on rue Emile-Zola, the soul of the Pignol house.
