From durum semolina, eggs, fresh butter and pike… With good local products, the forest forest was born in 1880. ce sont les meilleures quenelles que j'ai eu l'occasion de manger. Les sauces sont succulentes. Les différents "parfums" sont originaux. un vrai régal !!!!!!!!!!
