In this area of Ainay where you love quality, as on the Vitton course, the sign Tixier Maréchal talks to all the gourmands who have come here… for a long time ordering their cakes on all occasions. Eric Tixier has been a famous pastry chef for over 25 years for the quality of his homemade pastries. Of course, there are "big" occasions that makes us want to enjoy the gourmet creations of the house -Carré d'Ange, Tête d'Or- always presented with great taste, but all the reasons are good to take a seasonal pie, eclair, macaroons or delicious cupcakes. The other great speciality signed Tixier is the homemade ice-cream and the chocolates made in Ainay. A know-how that deserves your greediness.
