Voisin is quite simply the first French artisanal chocolate factory founded in 1897, a true Living Heritage Company. The fourth generation of artisan chocolate makers perpetuates the best of the tradition, from the bean to the bar. The house's must-have is the Coussin de Lyon, a delicious delicacy of incredible finesse. In the many shops in town: Sarment du Beaujolais, Quenelle de Lyon, candied oranges and many other specialities such as Palets. Neighbour: one of the big names in Lyon.

Lyon institution. Must see to discover the lyon cushions, dumplings (candy) irrésitibles among other things. Inevitably it is a little expensive...
Frankly your critics are by no means founded; you past once in this shop and here that you allow yourself of criticized?! perhaps this day a trainee was... it is that they learn trade too; then be mild and realistic with your critics. Me I get there each week and I can say that the saleswomen are very polite and welcoming: it is so rare nowadays! and in addition to even in other shops of the same name, I was very always indeed welcomed... then please, did not say something like. Thank you.
