AUX DÉLICES D'AMATXI
Jean-François and Karine, the second generation of bakers and pastry chefs in Urrugne, delight gourmets with their delicious breads, sandwiches, pastries and homemade pastries. Their "flagship product" is the famous Amatxi tart, a pure delight! Shortbread tart covered with melted pears and crème brûlée. This speciality was notably presented on M6 by Jean-François in the programme La Meilleure boulangerie de France. Other beautiful creations are proposed: the royal tart, praline feuillantine biscuit, chocolate mousse, the unavoidable Russian cake, as well as a multitude of individual biscuits and cakes. Difficult to choose among all these sweets! Aux Délices d'Amatxi also has a second establishment at the foot of the Ibardin pass, the Venta Amatxi (in the premises of the former customs).

Mieux vaut aller chez Etxe Goxoan où le pain est nettement meilleur et l’accueil charmant
